Open government in times of the corona pandemic - more important and valuable than ever. Open government offers government and administration the opportunity to receive impulses to improve their own actions and to build trust through transparency and dialogue. Open government and administrative action is important not only in a pandemic, but at all times. This Interim Report provides an insight into the implementation status of the Second National Action Plan presented in September 2019 in the framework of Germany’s participation in the Open Government Partnership (OGP).
