Bundeskanzleramt (BK) Open Government Deutschland: Second National Action Plan 2019-2021 – Final Report

Germany has been participating in the Open Government Partnership (OGP) since 2016. Participating States develop national action plans every two years with the participation of civil society. In the final report, the Federal Government gives an account of the implementation of the obligations from the Second National Action Plan. The plan contains nine commitments by the federal government and, for the first time, five commitments by the states of North Rhine-Westphalia, Schleswig-Holstein and Saxony.
