Bundeskanzleramt (BK) Open Government Deutschland: Third National Action Plan 2021-2023 – Interim Report

In partnership with civil society, business and the scientific and academic community, open action on the part of government and administration can help more effectively to resolve the challenges facing society. Germany has gathered positive experience in this field in recent years. In many instances, the COVID-19 pandemic actually boosted the open government movement. Stakeholders proved keen to explore new digital paths to participation, transparency and collaboration. The present report provides an insight into the progress made on implementing the third National Action Plan in the Framework of Germany’s Participation in the Open Government Partnership (OGP) submitted in August 2021.
