In 2025 the Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) registered a total of 85,837 (2024: 84,172) politically motivated criminal offences. Of these, 30,397 (35.4%) were propaganda offences (2024: 31,229, 37.1%). Another 4,156 (4.8%) were categorised as politically motivated violent crime (2024: 4,107, 4.9%).
